Rock Cycle explores deep-time thinking in relation to the instruments we use to measure time. The work consists of a series of alternative hourglasses in which stones slowly sink through a silicone substance. Time is not measured in seconds or minutes, but through geological duration, emphasizing temporal scales that extend far beyond human experience.
